The Role

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, The Website Manager will manage, optimise, and enhance the AccountsIQ website to maximise business impact. This role will drive website performance, CRO, SEO, analytics, A/B testing, content personalisation, and UX improvements.

You should be data-driven, highly organised, and experienced in website management, UX, and CRO. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to improve engagement, lead generation, and user experience.

What you’ll be doing

Website Management & Optimisation

  • Oversee website performance, security, and updates
  • Implement CRO strategies and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates
    Apply SEO best practices to increase organic visibility

Content & User Experience

  • Ensure content is optimised to support marketing goals
  • Implement personalisation strategies and improve website navigation

Analytics & Insights

  • Use Google Analytics, Optimizely, and Hotjar to track performance and user behaviour
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Stakeholder Management & Project Delivery

  • Act as the key contact for website projects
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to enhance website functionality and UX

What you’ll need

  • Five or more years in website management, CRO, or digital experience roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with CMS platforms, ideally Webflow (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Optimizely, Hotjar, and SEO best practices
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a reputation of being results-driven and highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills, with the experience and capability to translate insights into action
  • Passion for optimising digital experiences
