After the unexpected challenges of the last few months, we are delighted to announce that we have expanded our team with three new starters joining us in Customer Account Management, Marketing and Onboarding.
Victoria Shichanina has joined our Customer Account Management team with the aim of providing excellent customer relationship management across our rapidly expanding customer base. Victoria has over 10 years’ experience working for some of the most recognisable global technology companies. She is fluent in English, Spanish & Russian and is passionate about helping customers – making sure they have great customer experience and adopt all the product features within AccountsIQ.
In the Onboarding Team, we welcome Andrew Faulkner as an Implementation Consultant. Andrew will be involved in the onboarding of new clients to ensure the transition is smooth and clients are up and running with the core financials as quickly as possible. Andrew has broad experience in sales, customer relationship management and accounting. He has also recently gained a Diploma in Project Management.
Zoe Connolly has joined us in the marketing team for 9 months before returning to UCD Smurfit Business School to complete her master’s degree in Marketing. Zoe is based in our Dublin office and will be working on a variety of different projects including coordinating our sales and marketing activity, social media and corporate communications.
