AccountsIQ was fully integrated with Salesforce and Horizon in May 2020, creating an automated end-to-end process: sales and logistics data flows directly into AccountsIQ, gross profits are matched to invoices, and digitised documents replace manual filing. Features like in-built filters and coding options further simplified internal reporting.
