IRE vs ENG terms and conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is AccountsIQ Limited, company registration number 06578522, registered office: 51 St Mary's Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 2LE, United Kingdom (“AccountsIQ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”)

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Entrants must be eligible prospective customers who meet AccountsIQ’s internal Ideal Customer Profile (“ICP”) criteria, as determined by AccountsIQ. Employees of AccountsIQ, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must book and complete a qualifying product demo with an AccountsIQ expert between 3rd November 2025 and 31st January 2026. Eligibility will be confirmed during the demo booking process. Entries from individuals or entities that do not meet AccountsIQ’s ICP criteria will not be accepted into the prize draw. Entrants must be verified prospective customers who meet AccountsIQ’s internal Ideal Customer Profile (“ICP”) criteria, as solely determined by AccountsIQ. Only individuals representing organisations that fit within AccountsIQ’s target customer base — typically small to medium businesses with a company size of 20-250 employees, based in the UK or Ireland, seeking cloud-based financial management solutions — are eligible to enter. AccountsIQ reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries from individuals or organisations that do not meet these criteria, including entries submitted for non-commercial or personal purposes. Only one entry per organisation is permitted. Entries received outside the competition period will not be counted.

4. Prize

The prize is two (2) hospitality tickets to England vs Ireland, 2026 Guinness Men's Six Nations rugby match at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 21st February 2026. The prize includes hospitality access as well as a travel and accommodation budget of up to £/€500. Any additional expenses are solely the responsibility of the prize winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all validated eligible entries received during the competition period. AccountsIQ reserves the right to audit entries to confirm eligibility prior to confirming the winner. The draw will take place within 14 days after the closing date. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided during their demo booking. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, AccountsIQ reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize Conditions

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. AccountsIQ reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity (such as a winner announcement post on social media).

7. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the competition will be processed in accordance with AccountsIQ’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.accountsiq.com/legal/privacy-statement. Information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner, unless agreed otherwise during the demo process.

8. General

AccountsIQ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. AccountsIQ’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
