The Company
Founded in 2015, ExpenseIn set out to make expense management easier and less frustrating, replacing time-consuming, paper-based processes with a smarter, faster solution. As we grew, we introduced new modules like invoice management, carbon reporting, and volunteer expense claims - all designed to save businesses time and hassle.

Today, we help companies in over 50 countries process more than a million expenses every month. In January 2025, we were acquired by AccountsIQ to bring even more value to finance teams. Together with the AIQ team, we continue to innovate and scale, helping businesses take control of their finances with smarter, more connected solutions.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Partner Manager to build and grow our reseller and referral partner ecosystem for our category-leading expense management SaaS platform, which includes features like spend cards, automated approvals, and real-time visibility. You’ll drive strategic partnerships with financial consultants, ERP vendors, ISVs, and fintech resellers that help mid-market businesses streamline how they manage corporate spend. This is a high-impact role focused on partner-sourced ARR and market expansion.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner recruitment: Identifying and engaging top-tier resellers, advisors, and ISVs that specialise in finance, ERP, procurement, and expense control solutions.
  • Enablement & activation: Equipping partners with training, co-branded assets, pricing tools, and product support to help them sell our expense management suite (including spend cards and card issuing workflows) effectively.
  • GTM planning: Building go-to-market motions with partners; joint webinars, events, campaigns, and solution bundles aligned to expense automation, spend visibility, AP integration, and more.
  • Sales & pipeline support: Driving deal registration, assisting with demos and co-selling, and ensuring partner opportunities move swiftly through the funnel.
  • Commercial management: Creating scalable programs with clear partner tiers, commission structures, and performance benchmarks.
  • Feedback loop: Serving as the voice of partners internally; providing insights on buyer trends, card adoption, ERP integrations, pricing models, and competitive positioning in the expense management space.

What you’ll need

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, channel sales, or biz-dev with a focus on reseller, referral, and ISV ecosystems.
  • To demonstrate success building partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, ideally in expense management, ERP, or financial automation software.
  • Knowledge of mid-market finance workflows, including card issuing, expense reconciliation, AP/AR, and budget control.
  • Experience working with partners who resell or integrate with platforms like NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, etc.
  • Strong skills in CRM/PRM tools (Salesforce, PartnerStack, etc.), pipeline forecasting, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and enablement abilities—comfortable engaging both C-level partners and sales reps.
