Authentic applications

We welcome applications that reflect your own experience, achievements and thinking.

Using AI for proofreading, improving grammar or refining your writing is absolutely fine. However, your examples, experiences and responses should be your own.

When applications rely heavily on AI-generated content, they often become generic or very similar to others, making it difficult for us to fairly assess what makes you unique.
