The Role

Following a recent capital injection of €5.8M our Sales and Marketing team will double in size in the next 12 months to help deliver our ambition of increasing Annual Recurring Revenue by 400% in the next 3 years. It’s a super exciting time to be joining the team to help shape our growth.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager will be a key player in AccountsIQ’s growth plans. You will be given the freedom to establish a vision for scaling our go to market effectiveness through the continuous improvement of processes, automation and data driven decision making.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining the marketing and sales tech stack and processes that help our commercial teams succeed and scale more efficiently.

You will work closely with the go to market teams to enable them to execute campaigns, improve processes, drive success and report results.


Responsibilities
  • Own and optimise the CRM and martech stack to support execution across every stage in the customer lifecycle
  • Build and improve processes across the commercial teams to ensure continuous improvement and promote best practices - including lead management & scoring, campaign tracking and attribution, contract and agreement signing
  • Identify blockages in the prospect funnel and opportunities to improve conversion rates at each stage of the sales cycle
  • Own Marketing automation execution and data health to maximise opportunities to engage customers and drive successful outcomes
  • Be the GDPR guardian of our prospect and customer data ensuring it is accurate and secure
  • Create KPI dashboards and reports to measure each stage in the customer journey, including campaign effectiveness, pipeline conversion and contribution to key SaaS metrics
  • Lead the Sales and Marketing budget process including ROI reporting and recommendations for improvement
  • Proactively monitor forecasting & planning processes, coordinate reporting activities with other functions and stakeholders
  • Create and maintain a best practice sales and marketing toolkit optimizing collateral to maximise funnel effectiveness
  • Optimisation, tracking and reporting of the sales team commission plans
  • Onboard new hires to ensure they are effective and contribute as quickly as possible
  • Create and maintain a training and development programme for the go to market teams
  • Troubleshoot and help solve problems that arise


Requirements
  • 3 years + relevant in a sales & marketing operations role
  • Knowledge of the SalesForce CRM platform plus HubSpot / Pardot & Cognism
  • A solid understanding of marketing automation, lead / database management, scoring and prospect / customer lifecycle
  • A good understanding of B2B SaaS with experience of both inbound and outbound lead generation functions
  • Graduate with Business or Accountancy related degree or industry related experience would be advantageous
  • Experience of a sales methodology such as SPIN or Challenger would be preferred
  • You are structured, detail orientated and thorough
  • You can work independently, handle multiple ongoing projects and to make decisions on your own when required.
