The Role

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the successful candidate will work with the newly formed team to manage end to end responsibility of a defined product area / problem space within the market.

The Product Manager will be a curious, analytical team player who will help define the future of the Product function as well as play a key role in accelerating the growth of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Identify problem areas in our target market
  • Establish a deep understanding of the markets we serve through regular engagement with customers and other market representatives, data analysis and other sources
  • Document research findings for the team to help them clearly understand the problems we’re trying to solve
  • Prioritise market problems for Solution Discovery
  • Identify success metrics for roadmap items
  • Collaborate with Product Design, Engineering, and internal stakeholders to ensure frictionless product development and delivery
  • Manage and communicate the product roadmap
  • Manage the delivery of work to ensure early value delivery
  • Manage the launch of new products and features, measure their success and revisit if necessary
Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong product mindset with an understanding of the role
  • Excellent communicator, with strong relationship skills and a talent for building empathy for user problems
  • Ability to identify, communicate, prioritise and solve problems
  • Data-savvy
  • At least 3 years experience in product management preferred
  • Experience with accounting software and understanding of Finance organisations will be a plus
  • Experience working in a Scrum environment (preferred but not limited to).
