Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be a key player in AccountsIQ’s growth plans. You will use digital channels and tactics throughout the funnel to increase awareness, traffic, and generate quality leads with the ultimate goal of driving monthly recurring revenue.

You will work closely with the wider marketing and sales teams to achieve our exciting growth ambitions

Responsibilities
  • Understand deeply the lifecycle of AccountsIQ prospects / customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Run growth marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion.
  • With a focus on paid media, work with the Head of Marketing to advise on digital marketing strategy to drive engagement and valid leads.
  • Craft a growth marketing strategy that targets all stages of the buyer's journey, from awareness to contract close.
  • Drive inbound enquiries through organic SEO, email marketing, social media and other paid advertising channels.
  • Test and scale all paid channels including Google Ads.
  • Optimise and scale our email outreach campaigns including drip campaigns.
  • Partner with our analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign, develop ways to scale and improve conversion rate.
  • Find new opportunities for customer engagement in keeping with the AccountsIQ brand, exploring new platforms to reach audiences in innovative ways.


Requirements for the Role

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience in B2B acquisition / growth from a SaaS background, ideally with scale up/start up experience
  • An excellent understanding of and passion for paid media marketing including Google Ads (PMax experience is a plus), social including YouTube advertising, display and affiliate marketing.
  • A love of data and can analyse a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them.
  • Demonstrable track record of executing and reporting on multi-channel customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Ability to lead successful marketing acquisition strategies, planning and then delivering that activity.
  • Exposure to email marketing, both outbound and lead nurture, and get excited about things like subject lines and calls to action.
  • A degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics and Google Ads is desirable.
  • Structured, detail orientated, thorough and an excellent team player.
  • Expertise in website conversion optimization.
  • You can work independently, handle multiple ongoing projects and make decisions on your own when required.
  • You’ll be equal parts analytical and creative, excited to hit ambitious targets and have demonstrated experience running a growth/experiment process or working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will be a strategic and highly organised individual with significant proven experience of working at a senior level in an acquisition / growth marketing role, along with a proven track record of delivering value.

Ideally you will have a B2B marketing background in a SaaS business and have a good knowledge of both the tech and finance industries. This role will be required to be in our London Kings Cross office 1 to 2 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the time.
