Product Enhancements
We've listened to our clients and will be releasing the following major enhancements for accountsIQ in April 2010.

Report Management
We’ve designed and built a new report management function. This new function provides centralised access to all reports in the system from one easy to use screen.
Reports are grouped into separate lists based on function (e.g. Sales, GL Reports etc). There is also an option to search for a report by name or description. This is useful if you wish to generate a subset of related reports under one heading (e.g Trial Balance).
Selecting a report brings up a sample image of what the report looks like when it’s generated, together with a description of its content and how it should be used.
It will be possible to generate a selection of reports and view their contents in different tabs at the same time. This is particularly handy to enable reconciliations to be carried out between different reports.
Reports will be printed via PDF and it will be possible to extract them to a variety of formats and to email them via the system.
Dashboard Customisation
We’ve updated the Dashboard Configuration tool to make it much easier to create your own dashboard.
You can create pages to group similar dashboard objects and search for and add objects to your dashboard.
A handy new feature is the ability to export your dashboard settings to a file and then import those to another company. This is ideal if you wish to create a standard set of dashboard profiles for the same type of user in different companies.
