A cornerstone of our service delivery to our customers is guaranteed application uptime and network performance. We monitor both closely and are constantly striving to improve.

The AccountsIQ solution is guaranteed to be available 99.5% of the time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, after maintenance windows.

Over the past 12 months we have consistently exceeded this level of uptime. There have been NO unplanned outages which mean our availability has been 100% for the past 12 months.

Even after deducting time for scheduled server maintenance, which is always notified in advance, AccountsIQ has been available 99.91% of the time (see below).
