Our implementation services include:

  • Configuration of industry templates containing default settings (e.g. reports, industry-specific chart of accounts) that can be used as a basis for setting up your client companies. A new client company can be set up within minutes, with all the necessary settings to begin using accountsIQ
  • Full assistance with data conversion from other accounting packages (incl. Sage Line 50, Quickbbooks, TAS Books & Big Red Book). If some of your clients use existing accounting packages, we can assist you in extracting this data. accountsIQ has a powerful data import wizard that automates the importation of data from a variety of standard accounting packages
  • Help with building and customising reports to your requirements. accountsIQ has a large library of standard financial reports. It also provides a selection of Key Performance Indicator and Management Summary reports. All reports can be customised to suit individual practice/franchiser specifications providing an extremely powerful reporting capability.
  • Assitance with integrating any 3rd party application into accountsIQ.  We have an extensive set of Webservice API components which facilitate linking any 3rd party system (eg: EPOS, CRM, Order Processing, Webshop, job costing, billing, time recording etc) with accountsIQ.  These Webservice components provide for lookup, synchronisation, setup of accounts, posting transactions etc
  • Specialised training and help documentation. We recognise that each organisation is different in terms of their use and familiarity with accounting systems. Our training is therefore geared specifically to the needs of your firm. accountsIQ is installed with full online, context-sensitive help

Support Services

We offer a full telephone helpdesk support service to all our clients for dealing with any issues that may arise during day to day usage of the system. The system is also configured with a notice board facility to allow users to send details of any problems or questions directly to our support team.
