Business Accounting System Implementation

Getting started with accountsIQ is easy, requiring no installation of software or configuration of servers.  The following steps are involved:

1. We set up your business with access to its own branded version of accountsIQ
2. If required we convert your data from your existing accounting system(s)
3. We train you and your staff in the use of accountsIQ - either directly or over the internet via Webex
4. We supply you with login access to allow you create new entities and new users
5. We hand-hold you through its live use over the first 4-5 entities

Our Approach

Our implementation team are trained accountants, with the necessary IT skills to configure accountsIQ to suit the way your firm, franchise or group operates and the relationship with its clients, franchisees, subsidiaries or branches.

We ensure that accountsIQ is configured to fit the specific needs of your business, from which modules to implement, to which reports and dashboards are appropriate. We also help you design a structure to provide the Business Intelligence you need via the GL Chart of Accounts, user defined analysis code and group structure, user defined statistics and the creation of a set of meaningful KPIs and dashboards.  

Our full range of implementation services include:

• Configuring templates containing default settings such as reports and industry-specific charts
• Specify profiles for different levels of user to determine user access to functions and reports
• Tailoring accountsIQ's large library of reports to suit your specific business needs
• Using accountsIQ's powerful data import wizard to import historical data from your previous system (e.g. Sage Line 50, Quickbooks, TAS Books, Big Red Book)
• Assistance with developing integration with 3rd party applications
• Designing graphs and KPIs to summarise results for display for individual entities or the overall group, including benchmarking across all entities 

Training

Every business differs in its use and familiarity with accounting systems. Our training programme will be geared to the specific needs of your business and can be given on a one to one basis, in classroom type setup or via the Internet/Webex where appropriate. 

accountsIQ is flexible and extremely easy to use, with a user interface that has Windows-like usability and familiarity. Even if users are unfamiliar with accounting concepts, this helps minimise the training required and ensure that new users are up and running quickly.  Extensive context-sensitive online help is available at the touch of a button throughout the system.

Support

We offer a full telephone helpdesk support service to all our clients, backed by a 24-7 lo-call helpdesk that is accessible outside hours.

accountsIQ is also configured with a noticeboard facility, so users can send details of any problems or questions directly to our support team and a helpdesk logging facility availbale throughout the system.
