Contract & SLA

Online Accounting Service Level Agreement

As a hosted solution offering accountsIQ represents the basis of an ongoing relationship where we are providing more than simply a licence to use software. For this reason the agreement is more detailed than an simple software licence agreement.

In summary, the contract covers the following main areas:

  • All the commercial terms are set-out in one schedule at the front of the agreement. This sets out the standard rates that apply depending on the number of entities to use the system. 
  • The services Visor provides as part of this contract and our obligations in relation to those services.
  • The basis of charging usage fees as per the commercial terms
  • Confidentiality agreement including the protection of your data and that of your clients, branches, franchisees etc. 
  • The hosting services we provide including security, daily backups etc
  • The features of accountsIQ included in the version(s) being used
  • The support and maintenance services we provide as part of the contract including procedures for logging and dealing with support issues.
  • The service levels we undertake to provide – currently guaranteed at 99.5% uptime on a 24-7 basis
  • Penalties if the guaranteed level of availability is not achieved
  • Service Continuity Guarantee in event that the Company ceases to be able to provide the service
