Tony Connolly 
Founder and Managing Director
Tony has 25 years experience in designing and implementing business systems. After completing his Commerce degree in UCD he joined KPMG in Dublin where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He subsequently went to Trinity to gain an IT qualification and become a manager in KPMG's consulting division specialising in system design and implementation.
He left KPMG to establish AHC Systems Consulting, which specialised in IT Strategies for businesses, designing and implementing financial, ERP, and management reporting systems.
In 2000 he merged AHC into the leading Irish accounting and consulting practice FGS Partnership, where he was partner in charge of technology services. He left FGS in early 2004 to set up accountsIQ.
Tony sits on the IT Advisory Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland (ICAI) and was a founding member of Business Reporting Ireland, established to promote the use of XBRL in Ireland. He is a non-executive director of several technology companies and has vast experience advising the IT sector on strategies, mergers and acquisitions.
Gerry McKeown 
Non-Executive Chairman
Gerry McKeown has over 30 years experience in the IT Industry, specifically in accounting software. Gerry established McKeown Software in 1975 which he grew to employ over 200 people, head quartered in Stevenage, UK and with offices in Ireland and Hong Kong. It specialised in accounting and related applications for large commercial and state sector organisations.
Eddie Murphy
Non-Executive Director
Eddie Murphy has a proven track record as a technology entrepreneur,
having been founder and CEO of Labyrinth Ltd, an eBusiness
enablement company which he built to over 100 employees and profits
of €2 million p.a. before selling it to BT in 2001.
He subsequently founded and is CEO of the software and financial
services company Global Currency Exchange Ltd which has over 30
staff in Kerry and Dublin.
Brian D. Murphy
Non-Executive Director
Brian D. Murphy is a Chartered Accountant with considerable experience in Technology Companies. He was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Sage Ireland and other similar ICT businesses. He is currently a partner in Dublin-based accounting practice Somers & Murphy.
Tom Shinkwin 
Non-Executive Director
Tom who represents Enterprise Equity Venture Capital, works closely with a number of investee companies including RedMere, Movidius, TreeMetrics and Visor. He has twenty years experience covering construction and engineering, banking, property and the ICT sectors. His expertise includes strategic management, corporate finance and M&A, as well as entrepreneurial start-ups. In the past, he has worked with Morgan Stanley and Ulster Bank Group. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, a Masters in Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland.
William Parker
Sales & Marketing Director
William Parker has a degree in English and Spanish from the University of Warwick. He has been selling business software since 1989 including being a reseller for 5 years. He was previously General Manager Sales for Sage Accountant’s Division in the UK, Head of Channel Sales - Sage Enterprise Solutions in the UK and most recently Head of Sales for Sage Ireland.
Darren Donohoe
Chief Operating Officer
Darren Donohoe is in charge of operations and responsible for implementation and training of new and existing clients, including reporting aspects.
A graduate of University College Dublin (BSc Computer Science), Darren is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years experience in the implementation of accounting and management reporting systems in a variety of industries and sectors. Darren also has considerable experience in financial systems training, and the design and development of financial models and reports.
Gavin McGahey
Chief Technology Officer
Gavin McGahey heads our technology delivery team, and is in charge of all development activity, testing, technical support and the operation of our hosting facility.
Gavin has over 10 years' experience in delivering database driven accounting and management reporting systems to a variety of industries. He has considerable experience in project managing IT projects in a business environment, particularly based on database technologies.
He has a degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from UCD Graduate School of Business and a Certification in Software Project Management from Dublin City University.
